1. The hire time or hall includes the hirer’s setting up, clearing up and cleaning times.  We do not give any free time for setting up, clearing up or cleaning.
2. Only one available bay in the church car park may be used by a hirer with the church’s prior consent. 
3. There are two kitchens in the building – one upstairs and one downstairs.  A hirer uses only one kitchen, that is, the kitchen on the same floor as the room hired.  
4. There is a ramp access to the both the Lower Hall downstairs and the Church Hall upstairs for persons with mobility needs.
5. There is a Hearing Loop fitted in the church.

 Capacities are based on 2m spacing. 1m spacing with face masks is now acceptable. See normal room capacities on hall and room lettings
